  • How is PWR Physical Therapy different?

    We are a Direct Pay Physical Therapy Clinic, which means we do not contract with any insurance companies. This decreases our overhead and allows us to provide more value to you, our patients.

  • Can I submit my bill to insurance?

    If you have out-of-network benefits you can self-submit your bill to your insurance company. We are not in network with any insurance companies. We are not enrolled with Medicare, claims can not be submitted to Medicare.

  • What does it cost?

    Our rate is $150 per 50 minute session. You pay on the day of service, no waiting, no surprises.

    We also have discounted package rates fro 3 and 5 session packages.

  • How do I pay for Services?

    We accept all major credit cards. You can use your FSA / HSA / HRA benefits to pay for PWR Physical Therapy Services. You can also pay in cash.

  • Do I need a Physician's Referral?

    No, because we don’t contract with any insurance companies you do not need a physician’s referral. In Wisconsin, you have the ability to go straight to a Physical Therapist.

  • How do you say PWR?

    “Power.” :) We knew that we wanted to encompass all three areas of being active (performance, wellness and rehabilitation,) and we liked how the acronym came together. We give you the Power to Live your Best Life.
